FIRST, PRIORITISE. Decide what your priorities are.
Chances are, you want to work with me for a reason – or one or more reasons. Spend a little bit of time getting honest with yourself and getting really descriptive about what those reasons are. This forms part of your why and gives us a brilliant base to start from when we get going.

SECOND, PREPARE. Get ready for, or to do, the changes that will hopefully be coming for you.
My Coaching process is all about upgrading your knowledge and enhancing what you already know about your health and nutrition.  I have created a lot of resources to assist you here – whether you are waiting for a coaching place with me or whether you are already working with me.  Some of these resources are app based which means they can be used by you, on any device at any time. But with app-based coaching, you still get weekly chats within the app with me.

Once, you’re happy in your kitchen space, I have three Recipe Packs for you, based on the eating style you prefer; High Protein, Low Carb or Plant Based.  Each month, I’m also aiming to release a slightly smaller Recipe Pack.
The Recipe Packs all contain a suggested Weekly Meal Plan, a Shopping List and all the recipes.

Introducing “This Weeks Eats  

 

Each week I’ll create a new menu guide (breakfast, lunch and dinner), based around only the foods that you like with an associated shopping list.  
Your subscription runs monthly with an update the first weekend of each month.

You’ve seen me use Real Plans on my own “This Weeks Eats” – now I’ve set it up so I can do your plan at the same time as I do mine.

All of my Recipe Packs are loaded for you to choose from and as each new monthly Recipe Pack is released, that too will be loaded for you to choose recipes from.

I’ll teach you how to use the Real Plans planning software yourself – both the web dashboard and the mobile application – so eventually, you can take care of all of your own menus.
