Work with Me

We all need a bit of help from time to time. We all need some support too. And if you are anything like me, a jolly good kick up the butt doesn’t go astray sometimes either.

To be healthy and stay healthy, we need to be consistent. To be consistent, we need help.
That’s where I come in.

My Part

I am your Coach, your Cheerleader, your Support Crew and sometimes, I am that person who will call you on your shit and push you past the point that you believe you can achieve.

I am here to help you navigate healthy habits either pre bariatric surgery or post-bariatric surgery – or if you aren’t considering surgery. I will remind you of how your bariatric tools work and what our WLS Success Habits are and that they are called Success Habits for a reason!

I won’t necessarily write you a meal plan or set your macros. Unless that’s what you really want from me. And then I can show you how you can do it for yourself too.
I’m not going to make you eat anything weird or unusual or make you do anything crazy and strange.
Hopefully you will have seen, or you can see through my own journey, that bariatric surgery is absolutely a tool that can work for you if you use it correctly. I’m going to use my experience to assist you in not making some of the mistakes I did, but if you have, then we will reset, recover and continue on.
We’ll make living healthy a habit. Most people who try to get in shape overload themselves and burn out quickly. Instead, I’ll help you focus on the small practices that lead to big results.

Your Part

“I know what to do… but I have a hard time staying consistent.”

When life gets crazy and responsibilities at home and work pile one on top of the other, it’s easy to let our health and fitness slip. The years go by and we don’t even realise how much our health had declined. But for most of us, there comes a time when we realize things must change. A time when gaining control over our body takes on new urgency.

All of the effort over the next 12 days, 12 weeks or 12 months will be up to you.

If you don’t do the work, you probably need to reset your Why and look into your goals.

If you are going through the pre-op process, this is the perfect time to start.
You’ll not only be prepared for post op life but you will be preparing your body for what’s to come.

Before the Coaching period is done, I can assure you that you will be enjoying your new life whilst knowing that you are supplying that body of yours with nutritious and delicious foods.

Is this for You?

It’s probably easier to say who this isn’t for.
I don’t work with athletes that are training or preparing to compete for an event, bodybuilders that are cutting for a competition, also anyone who is already achieving what they want to with their health and food and fitness and basically knows everything. I prefer to work with people like me, who have had or are about to have bariatric surgery. And that last one is really important because while I don’t want to leave anyone out, I also don’t want anyone to feel afraid of reaching out in our Facebook group.
We need to be able to talk about our triggers and how to manage them. We need to be able to talk about poop and gurgling tummies. This new digestive system of ours takes some time to navigate and that’s what I want you to know, we have time. You will not be judged by people who are not on a similar journey.

So if you’ve had bariatric surgery and feel a little wobbly with your eating and nutrition – it’s you.

You’re exactly the person who can benefit from my coaching.
