Some people cannot picture success. Some people are afraid to believe in it because they are scared of disappointment.
Some people simply lack belief in themselves. To end 2022, we are going to change that for ourselves.
As James Clear says ”Every action you take is a vote for the type of person you wish to become.”
So together, we are going to take action.
The Intentional Summer is a combination of a mindset, intentions, nutritional knowledge and a regain of focus.
We will reframe daily slip-ups, reflect on goal success, and recognise stresses that stop us from winning.
Who is best suited to the Intentional Summer Project?
You may make a few healthy choices and aims to move your body a few times a week.
However, old habits have returned, your energy levels have been low and you’re not feeling your best self. But now it’s time to get back on track!
You want to learn healthier habits that will stick – to improve your nutrition, exercise, and overall health and wellness.
Basically, you need guidance and accountability so that you can find your mojo again. That’s what the Intentional Summer Project is here for!
During this 8 Week Coaching Project you will receive:
One 60-minute initial consultation, either in person or via phone/Skype/Zoom, prior to our Project starting on 05 December 2022
Initial recommendations during the consultation
A fortnightly customisable coaching plan, created to help you reach your goals
Resources and recipe packs
Four 30-minute follow-up consultations, either in person or via phone/Skype
Weekly check-ins via my coaching app to offer you support, motivation, and accountability
Unlimited email/Whatsapp contact for any questions you may have
Opportunity to have a final catch-up chat, at the end of your eight weeks (January 2023)
