The 12 Days of You Project is the perfect opportunity for you to remember your WLS Success Habits.

Supported by my Precision Nutrition Coaching certification, we spend the 12 days looking at what you are doing, what you can do as well as what you could do – to ensure that you are maintaining your health and happiness.

My goal is to provide you with new ACTIONABLE approaches and techniques for your nutrition and fitness needs. 

During your project we will get prepared, review the 12 days of habits and then take a day to ask ourselves, how did we do and what’s next?

Why do we spend so much time on habits?

Because no matter what nutritional or lifestyle changes we want to make, we have to get better at making change in the first place if we want those changes to “stick.”  

Here’s one more thing we also have to get better at: Knowing Ourselves.

Knowing what WE need and want in order to get where WE want to go.
