Mix all the ingredients well.
I cheat. I throw everything in the blender.
Put a good non-stick pan on a medium heat. Add a sliver of butter to the pan.
I make each pancake with around 2-3 tablespoons of mixture. Cook both sides and keep under a tea towel until they are all ready.
Serve in a stack with .... chocolate peanut butter, yoghurt, fruit ... all the delicious things!
