Tinks’ Tongariro Trail Mix
I wanted something salty but sweet with a protein kick to put into single servings to take on the Tongariro Crossing. Bearing in mind I can’t handle too much sugar, I thought creating my own was a good way to go.
I reckon this mix is absolutely delicious and as of 10 minutes ago, it has had the big thumbs up from him too.
- 25 grams almonds natural
- 25 grams cashews salted
- 10 grams coconut chips
- 25 grams pumpkin seeds
- 25 grams dried cranberries
- 1 Lo Carb Salted Caramel Protein Bar
Chop the Protein Bar into tiny pieces. Mix with everything else.
